Available Stainless Steel Grades

Stainless Steel 304 / 304L / 304H are the most widely used austenitic stainless steels because they offer excellent corrosion resistance, formability, and weldability. Therefore, they are extensively used in storage tanks, kitchen equipment, architectural structures, and process equipment.

Similarly, Stainless Steel 309 / 310 / 310S are high-chromium and high-nickel grades developed for elevated-temperature applications. Consequently, these grades provide exceptional oxidation resistance for furnace components, heat treatment equipment, boilers, and high-temperature process vessels.

Moreover, Stainless Steel 316 / 316L / 316Ti contain molybdenum, which significantly improves resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride-rich environments. Hence, they are widely preferred for marine, pharmaceutical, food processing, and chemical processing industries.

In addition, Stainless Steel 317 / 317L offer higher molybdenum content than Grade 316, providing enhanced corrosion resistance in aggressive chemical environments including sulfuric acid and petrochemical processing plants.

Likewise, Stainless Steel 321 / 321H are titanium-stabilized grades that resist intergranular corrosion while maintaining excellent strength at elevated temperatures. Therefore, they are suitable for pressure vessels, boilers, and heat exchangers.

Similarly, Stainless Steel 347 / 347H are niobium-stabilized grades engineered for high-temperature service where carbide precipitation must be minimized. These grades are commonly used in superheaters, exhaust systems, and refinery equipment.

Finally, Stainless Steel 904L is a super-austenitic stainless steel with high nickel and molybdenum content, delivering exceptional resistance to sulfuric acid, chlorides, and other highly corrosive media used in chemical and offshore industries.
