What is Titanium Grade 9?

Titanium Grade 9 (Ti-3Al-2.5V) is a near-alpha titanium alloy that offers an excellent balance of strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance with improved formability and weldability compared to Grade 5. This alloy contains 3% aluminum and 2.5% vanadium, providing enhanced cold formability while maintaining good strength characteristics.
